How do I switch between Beginner and Intermediate?
Tap the Beginner or Intermediate toggle at the top of the home screen to switch levels.
How do I study only cards I haven't learned yet?
Toggle the "Unlearned Cards Only" switch on the home screen to focus on cards you haven't mastered.
How do I reset my progress?
Tap the stats icon (bar chart) in the top right corner of the home screen. From there you can reset progress for individual categories or all cards at once.
The sound isn't working — what do I do?
Check that your device is not on silent mode and that the volume is turned up. You can also tap the speaker icon in the top left corner of the app to toggle sound on or off.
Can I use the app on both iPhone and iPad?
Yes! Lark & Wolf works beautifully on both iPhone and iPad.
What is the Memory Match Game?
The Memory Match Game lets you practise by matching pairs of cards. Tap any card to flip it, then find its matching pair. It's a great way to reinforce what you've learned!
What is Solfege?
Solfege is a music education method where each note of the scale is given a syllable — Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Ti. The Lark & Wolf Solfege cards use Fixed Do, where C is always Do, D is always Re, and so on.
What exams is this app suitable for?
Lark & Wolf is well suited to students preparing for AMEB, ABRSM, and Trinity music theory exams at beginner to intermediate level. It covers note reading, musical symbols, dynamics, tempo terms, and ledger lines.
